A self build project for a holiday cottage in Cornwall.

We designed the cottage and worked with the client and a planning consultant to achieve Planning approval.

The building regulation drawings were prepared by us and approved by Building control.                           These detailed construction drawings were used by the clients to construct their new dwelling.
